The R18IDBL-0 is Ryobi’s top of the range impact driver. This Ryobi impact driver has a huge 270Nm of torque, 3,900 IPM and 3,000 RPM, with all that power, this impact driver will tackle most fastening and unfastening jobs with ease.

This impact driver has a brushless motor to ensure it can deliver high performance at all times, prolong the life of the tool and provide better battery performance.

With this Ryobi brushless impact driver, you are able to adjust how much power is delivered with its 3 adjustable pre-settings, weather you are fitting delicate hinges to fastening large bolts, the pre-settings have you covered.

The 3 pre-set settings give you the following power:

  • Low: 650 RPM & 50Nm
  • Medium: 1,700 RPM & 100Nm
  • High: 3,000 RPM & 270Nm

It comes with a special mode for driving decking screws called DeckDrive. In this mode the impact driver stats off slow to ensure the screw goes in without damaging the timber, once in, it speeds up to full speed, than once the screw is almost in, it slows down to ensure the screw is a flush fit and you don’t accidently drive it too far into the timber. This mode can be used for other jobs other than decking, however, it is optimised for screws that are around 10x40mm.

The R18IDBL-0 Ryobi impact driver works with Ryobi’s ONE+ 18v battery range, as with all Ryobi products, batteries are sold separately.

The Ryobi R18ID3-0 is Ryobi’s mid-range impact driver that has some serious power. With 220Nm of torque, 3,400 IPM and 3,200 fastening and unfastening screws and bolts will be an ease.

The Ryobi R18ID3-0 has 3 pre-set adjustable speeds, making this Ryobi impact driver versatile, whether you are driving small cabinet screws or large screws into timber, you can select the right power setting for the job.

The Ryobi RID1801M is their entry level, high quality impact driver. It has the same amount of power as the Ryobi R18ID3-0 but lacks the power adjustable settings.

It has a variable speed trigger that allows you to control how much power is delivered and an electric brake that stops the chuck from spinning when you let go of the trigger.

It has a magnetic pad located on the top of the base of the impact driver. This magnetic pad will allow you to attach numerous screws and bolts, this saves you from stopping what you are doing to get the next screw or bolt.
